DESCRIPTION:Professional hoop dancer\, Benjamin Berry will be presenting a workshop all about Hula Hoops! Participants will learn how to size their hoop to their body and craft their own hoop.  Participants will also learn about the many benefits of hooping such as building core strength\, increasing body awareness\, and alleviating stress and anxiety. \nPre-registration is required and space is limited.  Please email alfred@stls.org to register.
