DESCRIPTION:Decorate your own scarecrow to be displayed at the library.  (Posts for display will be provided). \nPrizes will be awarded for: \n\nBest business/organization\nbest character from a book or film\nMost traditional (most likely to scare a crow)\nBest whimsical or fantastical creation\n\nEntry forms due by 9/22 \nPlace your scarecrow on  the library lawn between 12pm-5pm September 27 through September 29. \nScarecrows will be on display until October 28th.
