Join the Cumming Nature Center educators at the library for a nature observation walk around the library.  Participants will documents the plants, animals, and other natural phenomena they observe.

After the walk, attendees will create their own phenology wheel to continue recording nature observations throughout the year. A phenology wheel is a visual representation of seasonal change.  It is an art project that anyone can create and enjoy!

This program incorporates STEAM topics including art, citizen science, cyclical and seasonal changes, and scientific inquiry.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.  Event will happen rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.
