Learn about local bird migration with hands-on activities. Participants will learn how to identify various birds, gain an understanding of where our local bird populations migrate to and why. For birds that do not migrate, participants will learn about various adaptations birds have to help them survive cold winters. Activities in this program are designed for children 6+.

Participants will also hear from members of the Allegany County Bird Club about what the club does, how young people can get involved, and learn more about our local birds.
